Midweek media law mop up: Third phone hacking arrest; HuffPo bloggers' legal row; and anonymous injunctions listed

This week’s round up comes as yet more phone hacking news breaks: a third arrest has been made and the Guardian reports that further police searches of News of the World HQ are expected. Seventeen cases are listed on the Royal Courts of Justice interim hearings list for tomorrow (Friday).
