Basic media law tutorial

I’ve spent a lot of today trawling through some very ugly legal web pages, as part of my RSS reader spring clean. The MoJ website, with various feeds and email alerts, is actually a breath of fresh air compared to some of the clunky sites I’ve encountered.

This tutorial by the OnlineJournalismBlog’s Paul Bradshaw, published on the BBC College of Journalism website in November last year, was a pleasant find too. It’s a simple rundown of the media law bloggers and journalists need to know (for starters):
