<p>The latest on the Solicitors From Hell libel saga, can be found in <a href="http://www.5rb.com/case/Awdry--Bailey-Douglas--Anr-v-Kordowski" target="_blank">this report on 5RB</a>; in &#8216;Awdry Bailey Douglas &amp; Anr v Kordowski&#8217; the defence was struck out and the defendant was refused permission to appeal. A final injunction was issued at the hearing and the defendant was ordered to pay the claimants&#8217; costs.</p>
