				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve spent a lot of today trawling through some very ugly legal web pages, as part of my RSS reader spring clean. The <a href="http://www.justice.gov.uk" target="_blank">MoJ website</a>, with various feeds and email alerts, is actually a breath of fresh air compared to some of the clunky sites I&#8217;ve encountered.</p>
<p>This tutorial by the OnlineJournalismBlog&#8217;s Paul Bradshaw, <a title="BBC CoJo" href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/journalism/blog/2009/11/bloggers-and-the-law.shtml" target="_blank">published on the BBC College of Journalism website in November last year</a>, was a pleasant find too. It&#8217;s a simple rundown of the media law bloggers and journalists need to know (for starters):</p>
